Ethiopian PM Hailemariam Desalegn Got ‘F’ in English

AMERICAN communication expert J Davidson analysed Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn’s public performance and speeches. The expert has given him a fat “F” as his poor communication skills fall far below the standard expect of a national leader.
